Fudge is a great chocolate dessert that is very popular during the holidays. In fact, the earliest record of this treat dates all the way back to 1888.
This is a no-bake rainbow fudge that is sure to delight any fudge lover. To make it yourself, all you need is the following ingredients and a microwave (a stove could be used instead as you are just melting the ingredients together):

36 oz white chocolate or candy melts (6 oz per color)
24 oz of sweetened condensed milk (1/2 cup per color)
1 1/2 tsp flavoring (e.g. vanilla extract) (1/4 teaspoon per color)
1 1/2 tsp salt (1/4 teaspoon per color)
Food coloring (liquid or paste)

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolates and sweetened condensed milk just long enough to be easily stirred (about 1 minute).

2. Add salt, vanilla extract or other flavoring and food coloring to make purple. Mix well.
3. Pour into a foil-lined loaf pan or casserole, then place in the freezer for 15 minutes, or until the top is just firm enough that another color can be poured on top.
4. While the first layer is in the freezer, repeat steps 1 and 2 for blue, then pour on top of the purple. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
5. Repeat these steps for green, yellow, orange and red.
6. Place the loaf pan in the refrigerator 10 hours or overnight until firm.
